Martial Arts lessons

Based on her experience as a physical educator and her martial arts experience of more than 35 years, Master Diana identified the need for adults and children to participate in martial arts activities, where they can train alongside their friends, build strong relationships and develop the confidence to be successful in all areas of life. 

TAEKWONDO

(3-6 years old)

Introducing children to different activities from a young age is important for their development.

Thursday: 3.45pm – 4.30pm

Saturday: 10.00am – 10:45am

(7 – 18 years)

Targeted at school-aged children, this program further develops gross motor skills as well as adding martial arts into the program. Children at this age can focus for longer periods of time, so basic martial arts patterns are introduced to further enhance their martial arts training.

Thursday: 4.15 – 5.15pm

Saturday: 11.30-12.30pm

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing (Adults)

At our kickboxing classes, you can expect a full-body workout that engages every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The rapid movements in kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help improve your reflexes. This is a great way to improve your fitness and learn martial arts under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
