About the challenge
The 28 Day Challenge is designed to get you into a great routine and kick-start those fitness and wellbeing goals. Starting on Monday 2 May, the challenge will be supported by our friendly fitness team who will keep you motivated whilst you train with us & will run our group fitness classes.
